Great Ways To Help Secure The Loyalty Of Your Employees Through Reward Schemes

1.Allow staff to design their own recognition award scheme.

2.Praise them verbally in private.

3.Praise them verbally in front of the staff team.

4.Provide written praise in the company newsletter.

5.Run company competitions and offer a prize for the winner.

6.Organise team lunches and pay for it from the team budget.

7.Offer to undertake a particular aspect of a colleagues work for a day.

8.For a set time period offer `difficult to access parking facilities.

9.Provide staff with their own office for a week.

10.Provide gift vouchers for a job well done.

Today's Hot Designing Styles

From rustic and traditional to formal and contemporary; todays interior design styles are as diverse as houses and homeowners are themselves. But you may ask what are the most common design styles being preferred anyways?

Traditional Design

Traditional design styles are more relaxing and classic design. The calm, orderly and predictable environment of traditional design with little or no bright colors and no hasty designs makes this a preferred homey style for families with young children where formality has been lost. When designing a traditional-looking room, you may want to go for the following design elements:

Contemporary Design Contemporary design is the latest and trendy design style. Its bright and airy; comfortable and quiet and features characteristics of simplicity, clean lines and texture, with just a hint of sophistication. Formal Design

A formal design is big, elegant and luxurious. Everything including the furniture, the lighting, the accessories, even the rugs is big and overstated. Sharp colors, rich marbles and lots of intricately carved wood are preferred in this design style. This style is most suitable for homes with:

Rustic Design

Rustic design styles are usually preferred for woodsy areas and vacation houses. This design is simple, with a proclivity toward majestic living and features very down-to-earth colors and textures such as natural wood furnishings; lots of wood flooring and very little extravagance.

Victorian Design
